I’m Matt Sakis, and I’ve been fascinated by nutrition and body composition since my teenage years. Growing up, I played basketball and baseball—not as an elite athlete, but with a deep curiosity about how food fuels performance. My mother, a semi-pro bodybuilder, introduced me early on to the power of nutrition and its impact on both body and mind. That spark ignited a lifelong journey.
For decades, I’ve immersed myself in the study of nutrition, cutting through the noise of ever-changing health trends and misinformation. From calorie counting to fad diets, vegan to carnivore—I’ve explored it all, tested it on myself, and learned what truly works. My own body has been the ultimate experiment: I’ve gone from 175 pounds to 275 pounds and back, and at 45 years old, I can say with confidence that this is my passion and expertise.

I hold a health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I’ve guided dozens of people to sharper focus, boundless energy, and lasting health.
